Last refreshed <strong>October 2026<\/strong>. Previous version: <a href=\"https:\/\/feedmittens.com\/justwingit\/price-trends\/august-2026\/\">August 2026 snapshot<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group price-card is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Changed Since August<\/h2>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Grocery wings got cheaper.<\/strong> Advertised grocery prices for party wings (flats and drums) averaged <strong>$2.64\/lb in September 2026<\/strong>, down 12.6% from August and 24.1% from a year earlier. That&#8217;s the lowest point of the year.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Restaurant wings didn&#8217;t move.<\/strong> The median order at Toast restaurants was <strong>$13.90 in August 2026<\/strong>, up just 0.8% year over year. It&#8217;s been stuck in a $13.71\u2013$13.92 band since June 2025.
