May in York Harbor is about as good as New England gets, and whatever this place was called, it earned its keep. No name survives in the photo, but the setting alone makes this one of the more scenic entries here.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you&#8217;re in the area anyway:<\/strong> the <a href=\"https:\/\/stageneckinn.com\/hartley-mason-reserve-york-harbor-maine\/\">Hartley Mason Reserve and York Harbor Beach<\/a> are gorgeous, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/myhikes.org\/trails\/wiggly-bridge-steedman-woods-loop-trail\">Wiggly Bridge &amp; Steedman Woods loop<\/a> is a short, lovely walk if you need to make room for a second order.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update: A Couple of Real Candidates<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Both very close to Hartley Mason Reserve, which this post already points to: <a href=\"https:\/\/yorkharborinn.com\/dining\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">York Harbor Inn<\/a> (480 York St \u2014 essentially across the street from the reserve) or <a href=\"https:\/\/stageneckinn.com\/eat-drink\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Shearwater at Stage Neck Inn<\/a> (a short walk away, with a confirmed wings happy hour and water views).
