No signage visible either way, so we&#8217;ll never know which.<\/p>\n<p><strong>If you&#8217;re in the area anyway:<\/strong> check the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.albany.org\/things-to-do\/\">Albany.org things-to-do guide<\/a> or the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.albany.com\/events\/\">Albany.com events calendar<\/a> for whatever&#8217;s happening when you&#8217;re in town &mdash; better lit, presumably.<\/p>\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Update: Probably Savoy Taproom (or Lark Tavern)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Two real candidates on Lark Street, Albany, and no way to fully separate them: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.savoyonlark.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Savoy Taproom<\/a> (301 Lark St \u2014 the coordinates land almost exactly here, and they serve jumbo wings with ranch or blue cheese) or <a href=\"https:\/\/thelarkstreettavern.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lark Tavern<\/a> (453 Madison Ave, a few blocks off \u2014 an older, dimmer dive bar that better matches the &#8216;bad lighting&#8217; in the photo).
