A December visit to what was clearly a step up in venue: wings with ranch and hot sauce on the side, and — visible in the background — a plate of oysters on ice. Whoever I was dining with had better taste than me, or at least a bigger budget. No restaurant name in frame, but the oyster cameo alone makes this one of the classier entries in this archive.
If you’re in the area anyway: Stevens-Coolidge House & Gardens is a lovely Trustees property nearby, and Harold Parker State Forest is good for working off both the wings and the oysters.

The menu match is unusually specific — Joe Fish Seafood (1120 Osgood St, North Andover) is one of the only places nearby serving both wings and a real oyster raw bar, which lines up with the oyster plate in the background. The catch: it’s about 3 miles from this photo’s GPS coordinates, so this is a strong content match with a weak location match — a real possibility, not a confirmed one.
