I grew up in Buffalo, NY — which means wings weren’t a snack food where I’m from, they were closer to a civic institution. That’s the whole origin story for this site, really: a Buffalo upbringing, a genuine passion for good pizza and good wings, and an unreasonable number of photos of both.
