Two Pizzas, One Night, Zero Compromise

December 30, 2012, and this household solved the eternal “half the people want plain cheese, half want everything” problem by just making two entire pizzas — one loaded with toppings, one white with dollops of ricotta. No negotiating required.

This is, frankly, the correct way to handle divided pizza-topping opinions, and I have no notes except genuine respect. Recipe inspiration for a double batch: Bon Appétit’s basic pizza dough.
