No photo for this one — but it earns a post anyway. Pasquale’s in East Aurora, NY is where these wings started, before this whole archive existed: grew up on them, and they’re still probably the best wings ever had, full stop. Went back about six months ago and they held up exactly as remembered.
Background
Pasquale’s started in 1975 as a small family-owned pizzeria — just pizza, wings, and subs. It’s grown into a full Italian restaurant with three Western New York locations (Derby, East Aurora, West Seneca), but wings have stayed a signature item the whole way through.
